Terms & Conditions – Premium Rentals Management
By booking and staying with Premium Rentals Management, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Rules

Check-in and check-out times must be respected as stated in the booking confirmation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.

Any damages caused will be charged accordingly.
2. Reservations & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed through our website, email, or partner platforms.

A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.

Prices may vary depending on the season, apartment type, and length of stay.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 (2 PM)

Check-out: until 10:00 (10 AM)

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

In case of a no-show, the total reservation cost will be charged.
5. No Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
-
This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all guests, especially those with allergies.

Failure to comply will result in an immediate penalty fee and possible cancellation of the stay without refund.
6. Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

Guests may only use designated outdoor areas, if available.
7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the apartment, neighbors, and house rules.

Loud noise, parties, or disturbances are not permitted.

Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Any damages must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
Premium Rentals Management is not responsible for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings,
-
Injuries, accidents, or medical issues during the stay.
Guests are advised to keep valuables safe at all times.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance prior to arrival.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
